A Factor is dismissed or appointed by vote of the majority of owners in a building. A majority is as defined in the Title Deeds, or greater than 50% by default. Changing factor is straightforward and we are happy to advise and assist. We are available to meet with homeowners or committees to address their questions directly and understand their priorities before appointment.
